Here's our solution using ActiveWords. All these websites that have the info buried, i.e. like XO, have the info that you need somewhere. In your case it appears to be here... http://home.concentric.net/support/system_news/access.html With ActiveWords we let you name it, like calling it xoaccess, ActiveWords will then lauch your browser and go right to the above URL, without your having to remember anything other than some convention like xoaccess. The alternative is to either know it somewhere or have a bookmark somewhere that you can wade through.
