Adobe could start to atone for their sins by offering to fund Dmitry's defense. They could continue that task by offering a hundred thousand or two to the EFF to fight the DMCA, and testifying on Capitol Hill on the topic. Someone at Adobe is directly responsible for a man languishing in a jail in a foreign country, far from his family, friends, and support system. "Whoops, sorry" is not a sufficient response.
