Opera 5.x has an extremely extensive Cookie filtering system. Check out File/Preferences/Privacy. It looks like it can do what you want.
Or, if you don't want to change browsers, you can use one of the Cookie-filtering proxys. I use ZDNet's free CookieCop when I'm using IE 5.5 on my PC.
For the Mac version of IE, I use WebWasher (also free for personal use). It's not as flexible as CookieCop, but I haven't spent much time looking for a Mac equivalent to CookieCop.
