Arrived, almost
| | Just got to LAX, worked my way through customs, and arrived eventually at my gate for the flight to Santa Barbara, which is delayed. So maybe I'll have a chance to upload some shots of Greenland, which was the only landform on the whole trip that wasn't hidden or playing peek-a-boo behind clouds. |
See you on the far side
| | Getting ready to fly from Heathrow to LAX, then SBA. On monday it's SFO, then BOS on Wednesday. The beat goes on. |
Fist flow
| | That's what the lift at my last hotel called the first floor. In the U.K. they have talking lifts*. All the voices are female. But they differ. The elevator in Birmingham told me when I arrived at the "second flaw". That would have been "second flow" at the London hotel. |
