The UK dialing system:
1. All non-cell calls inside the UK are prefixed by their area codes, all of which start with 01 or 02
2. UK cell phone numbers start with 07. They don't use geographic codes, and the number tells callers that they're calling a cell phone (and paying the rate for it)
3. Dialling the US? Number is (eg) 001 415 xxx xxxx
