I grew up in Mission Viejo, CA where they have the community college radio station: KSBR. It had cool local flair sometimes. i always thought it could be more. They made it a stupid jazz station and totally lost my vote. I woonder how would one go about getting a local radio station going? I live in Victorville now. There are responses to this message:
