Amen on McPhee Far to busy right now to pick it up again, but long overdue Science Channel has run a couple interesting shows on Geology. Particular interest to me was Great Lakes (duh) with focus on Canadian side, and the very ancient rocks of the North American Craton, among the oldest on earth. Many years ago, toured north of Superior via Motorcycle. Meanwhile, sitting on glacial till, looking out over our springfed lake Ciao Chip
