Thanks, kid.
This morning, after Jeffrey gave me a very cute father's day card he made all by himself, he handed me a broken toy a Texas Instruments Touch & Discover, an exceptionally rugged orange thing the size of a thick mid-90s laptop that was made sometime in the late 70s. It worked for quite awhile after we bought it in some garage sale, but finally went bad after somebody spilled orange juice into its innnards. I told Jeffrey the situation was pretty hopeless, but he wanted me to at least try to fix it. So I did. It wasn't easy. The screws that held it together were rusty and fused into place, so fixing it was approximately impossible. After stuggling with it for about ten minutes, I finally told him we had to give up.
So he said, "Well, maybe a bigger, stronger dad could fix it."
