As an educator and technologist, the concept of the unconfernece is one that is very appealing to me. Are there any guides around on running an unconference? One of the concerns I have is that k-12 educators are notoriously hesitant to stand up in front of their peers and talk about anything. What's the key to getting people out of their shell?
