I've thought, for a long time, that airliners ought to have a GPS system that displays current longitude and latitude in large digits on each bulkhead. Then they could charge $10 more for a window seat, which would include a strip map, that tells you that this longitude and latitude is John Doe's farm in Sometown, Somestate, and if you're wondering what that big blue thing down there is, it's a gizmo. That sure makes a lot more sense than trying to get rich by turning your well-behaved passengers into quarrelsome lushes.
