If I approached a newspaper and said I could guarantee an influx of traffic to its new and archived Web content, and then I said they could get this influx without spending a dime on research, technology, infrastructure, management or publicity, I imagine most papers would jump at the opportunity. This is what Google does, yet there's a misconception that it's somehow stealing content. When did "linking" become synonymous with "theft"?
