Women should always review business plans, because they aren't born with this gene that only men have: the one that makes then want to go out and kill things. I have to disagree with Guy. I've known many women both competitive and combative. Girl-kills-boy, girl-kills-girl. While I wholeheartedly agree with the point -- that looking for win-wins is way better than declaring war -- I find the gender stereotyping untrue and unhelpful. Such statements *detract* from the point. "Difference" feminism is just the '50s mentality in politically correct drag.
