I can't believe it's March 1. I can't believe it's 2007. I can't believe how old I am. I have a theory about why time appears to be passing more quickly that it did when I (we) were younger. When you are two, one year represents 50% of your life. When you're 3, 33%. When you're 50, one year is only 2%. Because it's a smaller proportion, it appears smaller, and hence goes by more quickly.
