Depends on whether youparklikeanasshole.com got the idea from the guys complaining here. If he did, the complainers have a case. If he didn't, and it's coincidental, they don't.
Or so it seems from my angle at 6:18pm on a Friday, anyway.

Whoever thought of it first, it's a brilliant idea. I was considering buying the "youdrivelikeanasshole.com" domain and encouraging people to upload video of idiots driving from their cellphones, but thought better of it. After all, taking video while you're driving could well qualify one for the same accusation. :)
Switching from an old Honda to a Prius has taught me just how type A drivers really are. They go nuts when I hit the MPG sweet spot instead of speeding my way to wherever I'm going.
