is the most articulate rebuttal to craig mundie i've read yet. kudos.
and i agree that IE was hardly essential to the growth of the Web. in fact, Dave was just complaining the other day about links that open into new windows -- Web behavior that users could surely disable if browsers were not made by media companies.
