Getting shipping in shape
| | Dave's having trouble getting an Amazon package that still hasn't left the warehouse. Meanwhile, I just got a call from Amazon's shipper, telling me the package that Amazon's tracking site says will come between December 5 and 7 will be here this afternoon. We'll see, I guess. (It's likely, because the call came from the truck's driver, leaving L.A.) |
Still training
| | By the way, David will be giving the Henderson Lecture at UNC (go Heels) in Chapel Hill on December 7. So this is a Hey-ya'll to friends in my former home town to come hear the good doctor give one of his always entertaining and enlightening talks. |
Halfway there
| | So I took advantage of what pilots call "severe clear" conditions to take a huge series of pictures, which I narrowed down to the 37 I've uploaded so far here. When I get a break (not likely soon), I'll upload the rest. |
On fire
| | It's a month late for Halloween pictures, but most of the ones I put up in this series feature a fire dance. Had a lot of fun with the camera on that one. |
