Being Filipino Canadian and having grown up hearing a lot of Taglish, I don't think that guy in the N95 video is Filipino (Ps and Fs and Vs and Bs are incorrect :-) !). My guess is somewhere in Easter Europe or a Slavic country There are responses to this message:
