Hugh is excellent, but I don't see how any of what you point out makes him an 'entrepreneur'. Entrepreneurs start and run their own businesses; they're not people who publicize other people's businesses. With Thomas Mahon and Stormhoek, Hugh appears to be a (very good) one man marketing agency, definitely.. but entrepreneur? Unless, of course, we assume that the fact he's a one man marketing agency makes him an entrepreneur in the terms of /that/ enterprise.. but then that makes everyone who's self-employed an entrepreneur ;-) Are we?
