Granted, you were using Ms. Schlesinger's idiocy as a jumping off for what newspapers should do to embrace blogging. And as it is a paper that you read, it's worth trying to change them I suppose. I've long since given up on my local major daily, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution - it's just a bad, bad paper. Our local free weekly, however, Creative Loafing has been all about participatory journalism from the get go. Sad that almost as much heavy investigative journalism is done by a paper with a single weekly issue. There are responses to this message:
