Dulles
Wow. I've been through Customs at Dulles about 30 times and never had a line. I mean--I almost always walk right up to the INS guy (I do try to sit in front of the plane though). I guess I just land at the right times. That is pretty scary what you went through. Must have been something weird going on. There are responses to this message:
