re: spooge:
I use the term swarf
We used it back when we (partners and buddies) were building race bikes (and winning btw)
You frequently change the oil
When draining you were very attentive to any metal in the oil (not good)
Clean was very good
Any sign of "sparkles" or grit, any sign of bearings ect was very bad.
Such was called "swarf"
Also, when doing rebuilds/teardowns, you looked for swarf in various nooks and crannys
Same can be applied to various forms of lint/toejam/ect.
Hey - Copenhagen
Hope you get to Tivoli ... evening
Hoist a few brews
Ciao
