Samtalerne-ing experience
| | The Reboot folks kindly got me from the airport in Copenhagen to my hotel, where I promptly blew a fuse hooking up my 220/110 converter. After a quick shower and a few bites of breakfast I arrived at samtalerne just in time for Euan Semple's talk, which I suspect will be the only one other than mine (coming up at 1pm) on the program that's in English. |
| | I'll be talking about Cluetrain, which I understand inspired Samtalerne (which roughly means "conversation", I think... perhaps some Danes will correct me), at least to some degree. (Interesting parallel stuff going on under Dr. Weinberger's watch on the same subject, sort of.) |
| | I only got a few hours sleep on the red-eye, and it's past bedtime for me right now, while the day is just getting underway here. Jet lag theater. |
| | [Later...] Alexander Kjerulf, Projekt Arbejdsglæde introducerer til samtaler: Hvad skal vi med alle de samtaler? the program says. I don't know how to translate that, but Alexander just put up his card on screen: Chief Happiness Officer. So I just came up with a shorter title: Head Felicitator. Just showed it to him. "I like that," he said. "I'm tired of facilitating. I'd much rather felicitate." Me too. |
