The ongoing death of Television As Usual.

Wag the buzz
| | For what it's worth, I know Antonio (had breakfast with him the other day, in fact), and I've seen and played with Tabblo. It offers unique services, creates a niche that it also fills, meshes symbiotically with other services in the marketplace and has a real (i.e. because-style) business model. Looking forward to seeing what ya'll think. |
Invitation
| | The blogosphere is and has been the most level playing field ever known to mankind... |
| | The biggest Internet myth of all is "build it and they will come." Sure, people will come, but first you have to invite them over and tell them where you live. |
Identity progress on rails
| | The event, an unconference, was one of the best conferences, prefix or no, that I've ever been to, much less been part of. |
| | Kaliya (pictured above) Hamlin, who organized the event's "open space" approach, has these reflections. Kaliya and Phil did most of the hard work of putting the conf together. I'm listed as an "organizer", but that's an extreme exaggeration. |
| | Next up: Berkman's Identity Mashup conference at Harvard Law School, June 19-21. (Watch the Identity Gang wiki for pointers.) |
Obey your urinal
| | Y'know, I didn't get the message until I almost pissed on my shoes at the Carls Jr. |
Words of Mouths
| | Haven't listened to it yet. Was quite the fun talk, as I recall. |
