Baltimore is also selling it's mayor as the next gov of this state. His primary opponent is Doug I havenn't met a tax or fee I don't like Duncan. Is their a lesser of two democratic evils here? Doesn't appear so, as the state is taking over the Baltimore school system. And the Sun has done a deal with WBAL. Remember NIS's Alan Walden he is news director of WBAL AM.
