I want to introduce the HyperText Snarkup Language (HTSL) which will initially be described as simply an extension of XHTML with a namespace. This will allow publishers to have full control over their snark.

But the pointage comes from what's a good post on other grounds. For example, this line: For publishers, it¹s like debating global warming while the ice caps melt. The world is changing under their feet and they¹re wondering what pair of shoes they should wear.
