| | The whole thing looks too mediated and sales-y to me. What newspapers really need is unmediated relationships with bloggers who serve as stringers and reporters. There is a new ecosystem of news out there, in which bloggers will eventually comprise the nerve system by which the newspapers reach out, connect with, and report to their communities. Adapting to that ecosystem will require direct interaction by the papers. Not content plays by intermediaries. |
