That's always the point. If you don't like what they're serving, turn it off. If you don't like the way they treat you as a customer, don't buy their stuff. If no one buys their stuff, they'll change or die. If no one follows you, who cares, you didn't want their stuff anyway. Vote with your feet, buy from someone else or make up your own stuff and be responsible for your own happiness. There are responses to this message:
