Ethernet in the walls
Just an aside, and you may already know this, but make sure the guys running the Ethernet cable aren't doing it like phone cable, i.e. no 90 degree turns, tacked into the wall with a brad, etc. Sometimes the guys who run cables say "it's all just wire" but with Ethernet you can get some distortion and slower speeds with sharp turns, kinks, and other "standard" wire running practices. Not sure about proximity to electrical cables and whether that will affect speed, etc.
I strongly recommend running conduit, if you can. Who knows what is going to be in there in the future.
