Re: My first reaction is that it's possible we're talking in two separate universes: you're talking about how to do urban planning; I'm talking about how to choose doorknobs and lighting fixtures. That's probably so. What got me going was that you were talking about what Cluetrain says, and I thought that set up some assumptions early that peristed through the discussion. Which put me in the old Pariah mood that got me into Cluetrain in the first place.
