I just switched my blog, polizeros.com, from Radio to Wordpress. Wordpress has lots of plugins, including a WYSIWYG editor like the Radio editor, plus the save function is built-in. However, I generally write most of a post in a text editor first, then add the final touches in the blog software. And I keep the text editor version until the blog post is online, just in case! Maybe you could do the same in OPML, then there's always a backup.
