Why not make some form of collaborative transcription system? You could randomly pass out sections of the podcast (or random podcasts, for that matter), and have volunteers put pieces of it into text. I'd like to see some soft of markup language that allowed the external tagging of locations within an MP3 file to aid in accomplishing this. --Mike--
