See, I think the problem with satellite radio is that it's yet another subscription service. We are being nickel-and-dimed to death! I remember reading "The Road Ahead" by some guy named Bill... Every single music download scenario involved some sort of pay-as-you-go scenario. NOT ONE included a simple, buy it now-type method. Guess who's on top of this situation? Nah, you already know.
Yes, as the technology progresses we will have a little more of both. But what I'd like to see is some way of bookmarking podcasts for links. I don't know if wireless iPods would help the situation, but any sort of wireless internet grid would certainly be good for podcasting, because you'd finally get the timeliness you're missing. And whatever happened to digital terrestrial radio?
