I've got a map of the London Underground in my bag and know the stops that put me on the pavement closest to government buildings and to the financial district. The July 2005 London bombs didn't explode near those high-value targets. So when the bombs detonated on a line that connects traditional Muslim communities to affluent Muslim communities I wondered if there was another target audience in mind by bombers who could have hit major intersections instead of the general traveling population morning commuters. I'm not on the ground so these are merely casual observations by an occasional traveler.
