I would say that the iFP-899 is the best, as far as it's small size, although it "only" has 1Gb of memory. If I had my choice (and the money to spend), I'd get the PMP-140. I own an iFP-190T and although it's really good, there's no external mic input and due to the design it "rattles", and I would recommend the iFP-899, instead.
