Branding stories
| | We're going to see Whuffie ecome quantified (and even perhaps monitized) at some point. We have to plan for that eventuality. |
Shine on
| | On March 13, 2005, news organizations across America will participate in "Sunshine Sunday" by running stories supporting access to government information. This freedom of information is vital to our democracy. That's why FreeCulture.org has organized "Blogshine Sunday" on the same day: to ensure that government remains accessible to tomorrow's journalists. |
Leaving the silo
| | Had a great time on The Linux Link Tech Show last night. Here's the podcast. Here's their podcast feed. Also here. By the end of the show the guys had me convinced that the MP3 portable of choice is an iRiver of some kind. I'd love to replace the lost iPod straight up with another one; but I'd rather have something that also records (in stereo, and also off of FM), and works outside the iTunes silo. At CES I saw one that looked like these at the iRiver booth, but had 60gb of sorage. I guess it isn't out yet. |
