Dear Doc: I wish that you had had more time to hang out with the locals, too. When you materialized at the City Bar, I was delighted, but our conversation mostly pertained to practical questions of public transportation in and around Boston. However, you made a very intriguing remark about having homing pigeon-style dead reckoning, possibly based on your ability to sense magnetic fields.
