http://www.brainoff.com/geoblog/other.html describes how to set up your blog for GeoURL http://geourl.org/ (which happens to be down at the moment). http://www.geourl.info/ seems to be up and working, but it doesn't query the information automatically. There was another tool using the same information as GeoURL, but I'm not finding it in my notes this morning.
