Hey, I'm puzzled by "Hence the bruise" Bonus Map: who inked Uruguay as a pro-Bush country? You probably haven't noticed, but Uruguay just voted on Oct 31st and elected their first leftist president, Mr Vazquez. Uruguay joins the ranks of South American nations -- Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela -- that have chosen left-leaning leaders on platforms of alleviating poverty following a decade of U.S.-backed free-market policies that often ended in economic chaos.
