Too soon?
We have a new FCC chairman (Michael Powell, son of Colin), and the site is the same, or seems to be (a "peaceful transfer of power" perhaps?). The Low Power FM stuff, which I was sure they'd flush immediately, since Powell isn't a fan of it (from what I hear, but maybe I'm wrong... you get to speculate about these matters on blogs).

Deborah Branscum reminds us that the Web is not TV: stop trying to demonstrate your "creativity" with slo-mo timewasters! She also has nice things to say about Alex Bennett, who used to have the morning slot on Live 105 now occupied by Howard Stern in San Francisco. In those days his show was a saloon for comedians passing through town. I always enjoyed him. Nice to know he's back.
For some reason I've been getting emails lately from people who have just discovered my own The Web is Not TV rant from three years ago. Something's going on, I think.
