Solipsoquy? Solipsoquism?
Not sure if this is a correct place to post this or not, but I've been following the Podcasting posts for a few days and decided to give it a whirl. We've been doing the Whole Wheat Radio webcast for 2+ years now and the daily 'rant' is the top hour - for reasons I'll never understand. Many listeners asked in the past for an MP3 of the rant but I didn't think it was worth the time because of the relatively small distribution they would receive. Podcasting has the potential to change that. (Along with the potential to flood the podcasting channels with tons of audio junk, religious programming, advertising, etc. but that's another story...) I upload MP3s to my server, run a simple PHP program that gets the MP3 tag info from them and makes a blog entry. The blog isn't really the point, it's the subscribable feed I'm after. I'm just a down-n-dirty PHP programmer so please excuse the lack of beauty on the audio blog design.
