I'm listening to an XM PCR on my Mac right now, courtesy of MacXM. The author has repeatedly stated that he wouldn't add TimeTrax-like functionality out of respect for XM; however, the source for MacXM is available from Sourceforge, so...
However, the sound quality of XM's broadcast is well below that of your average 128Kbps MP3. The sound is slightly flat, with noticeable compression on the high end. It sounds OK, but there's a big difference that even non-audiophiles like me can easily perceive. I don't think I'd want my entire library to be full of XM music.

When the Timetrax tool when on sale XM radio pulled the xmpcr hardware. Check on it you can not buy xmpcr anymore from any source. XM is redesigning it to plug the Timetrax hole, if they can not, it will just not reappear ever.
I guess you will just have to plug a regular XM receiver into your line in, the old analog hole.
