Except that the current torrent of spam from trojan owned PCs on broadband mean that I think it's time for some sort of restriction on port 25. Maybe we need subscribers to put down a deposit or something that they lose if they are ever reported for spamming. Or a three strikes and you're out rule from the ISP. I hesitate to say the gummint should get involved but perhaps an industry recognised "Internet Driving license" with endorsements. Get caught and you can never get broadband again. Kind of like the way pubs and bars in a small town all exclude the neighbourhood drunk who aways ends up getting in a fight.
