Doc, appears that SCO is getting hit from all angles the following was reported today by all major news feeds:
"A start-up company looking to provide legal insurance for copyright claims against open-source software has declared the Linux kernel free of copyright infringement."
The start-up claims that they have reviewed the source from the 2.5 and 2.6 kernel and certified that no copyrighted code exists. Hopefully, SCO will disappear in the near future and allow Linux to continue challenging Windows.
