The promised land
Finally, Dean has his blog rolling.
New hope for optimism
Stock market bubbles are silver linings with no clouds. Kevin Werbach sees hope in new generations of start-ups that come from technologies rather than business ambitions: The truly great technology companies actually take risks and build first around technology. It's hard to remember, but Netscape, Yahoo! and eBay were like that when they got started.
Speaking of which, the progenitor of Loudcloud, Marc Andreessen, once told me "All the significant trends start with technologists."
Marc will be speaking at PC Forum, I see. It'll be fun to see what silver linings appear on the clouds by then (March 25-28).
Which is why we also need .rocks
Esther Dyson think we need .sucks as a TLD suffix.

Add the attitudinal reciprocal and we might obviate Don Marti's Operating System Sucks Rules-O-Meter and its derivatives, including Jim's Public Opinion Research Project.
