Maybe too late but . . . Unfortunately they don't appear to have an access number in the state of Guerrero, which is where Ixtapa is located. Mexico City may be about the closest but it will be Mexico long distance so it would be a good idea to check the LD rates that the hotel will be charging you before connecting. Good luck!
