I think such things could afford to learn from the eGov4All virtual conference of last year. http://www.egov4all.org Frankly, people are being allowed into the event based on geography and the ability to pay $1k+ US. That certainly doesn't show anything about 'Emergent Democracy'. *sigh* People just don't get it. There are responses to this message:
