Thankathon
| | My office, a standalone one-room building, is flanked by two construction sites. This being Southern Californa, it occasionally gets warm, so the windows admit lots of dust along with noise. So yesterday, when I moved the color printer to another location, I noticed that the layer of dust around it had grown so thick that the surface underneath it (fake-o wood contact paper on utility board) could no longer be seen. So I'm emptying out the office, cleaning it and starting over. This afternoon the kid and I will also put holiday lights up on the house |
| | Then tomorrow we'll drive up to the relatives for Thanksgiving. Then we'll stay for the rest of the weekend at a lovely home with no connectivity. Murphy is also at large in other areas (no use boring you with details... it's standard crap), so maybe it's time for a break. |
| | Have a great weekend, folks. Give abundant thanks It's good for everybody. And see ya Monday, if not sooner. |
