Three foot tower? I think you mean the three-spired Sutro tower, also known as "The World's Largest Roach Clip." Nearly all of San Francisco's TV stations radiate from there. It's also home to the FM transmitters of KOIT/96.5, KSOL/98.9, KKSF/103.7 and KFOG/104.5. All but KSOL were forced to move their antennas to other positions on the tower a couple years back to make room for the new combined HDTV mast. Here's a live webcam feed from the tower.
