The blog conspiracy grows
My old friend and longtime mentor Sharon Franquemont is sitting right next to me here at the kitchen counter, while I teach her basic HTML.
Sharon is the most intuitive person I know, and is actually in the Intuition business, which is probably safe from ever becoming an industry. ("It's trying but failing," she just said to me. Not sure if extra meanings were intended.)
While Sharon has given me a boatload of excellent advice, I have reciprocated with just one thing I can name: the title of her book, You Already Know What To Do.
Her new blog, as of last night, is here. But maybe you already knew that.
Ivy League Gonzo
It's the End of Harvard Business Review As Usual. Chris Locke's HBR piece is out. Says the promo:
Far from being stymied by choices, customers are rapidly becoming smarter than the companies that pretend to serve them. In this networked economy, people are talking among themselves, and that changes everything.
There's a discussion space at the site, too.
