Go to the FTC website it's in HTML. However the whole do not call thing is not 508 complaint, because they don't tell you have a time limit to return the email to verify the registration. Cute. Exclude are researchers, polticos, and people you have a prior biz relationship with. Enforcement starts Oct 1. It's only good for five years. Had a microburst here last night, just got power back after 13 hours.
